The E-Foods online system is an interactive ordering facility, which can integrate your existing supplier base with your new accounting system resulting in huge operational benefits.

Chefs can place orders online from any location at any time. Our system is easy to use and gives the chef the ability to start an order, and then add to it as the day goes on. Once the order has been input on the E-Foods website you simply press ‘send’ and the process has begun.

Track your order  

Our programme allows you to watch the progress of your order, and amend it if required, using our traffic light system. Amendments can be made to an order while it remains in the red zone. Once the order has become amber it means that the supplier has opened the order and amendments can only be made by contacting the supplier directly. And when the order is in the green zone your goods are on the way.

User Friendly Functions

Chefs can:

• Form a favourites list
• Set up standing orders for individual products
• Review order history with a complete audit trail, which helps you to analyse seasonal trends and standardise your supplier base.
• Place pre-orders that can be amended at any time
• Once the goods have been delivered, the chef has three days to raise any discrepancies.

E-Foods Online Training

We developed our online system in consultation with chefs, managers and catering staff. It is easy to learn and use, and will smooth the introduction of new staff into your business.
E-Foods provides full training on site and our IT staff are always available to support your chefs and follow up any training delivered.
The E-Foods system is easy to implement. Rolling the system out across an account is controlled by agreeing a timescale with you – and you don’t need to invest in any new hardware.
