Once it has moved to the amber zone, this means that the supplier has opened the order, and in this situation you will have to contact the supplier to make any changes. Goods are on their way once the order has moved into the green zone.

Once the goods have been delivered the site has three days to raise any discrepancies with the delivery such as spoilt     goods, quantities, replacement items etc. An invoice is then dispatched to a central pool where they are automatically accrued and once a month a statement sent to head office for payment.
