E Foods welcomes Carolyn Bryant
Based in the cognac region of France, Carolyn has worked around the world specialising in sourcing and purchasing artisan products for various local companies. Having now settled in France, Carolyn has sourced some fantastic new products for e-foods customers including Delicious chocolate mustard, fantastic with Chicken, Duck, or Steak as well as a wonderful truffle oil great with pasta; it turns a plain salad into a gourmet delight.
Carolyn is also a top cook and over the next 12 months will be sharing some of her favourite recipes with us starting in July 08.
